☕ How to Brew with a Pre-Packed UFO Dripper

What You’ll Need

• 1 pre-packed UFO-style dripper
• Hot water (88 – 90°C)
• Mug or cup
• Kettle (any will do, but gooseneck is ideal)

Instructions

1. Open the Package

• Tear open the individual packet.
• Remove the pre-packed UFO dripper.

2. Set It Up

• Gently unfold and attach the paper wings to the rim of your mug.
• The filter should hang securely over the cup.

3. Heat Your Water

• Boil water and let it cool for about 30 seconds (ideal temp is ~200°F / 93°C).
• You’ll need around 150–200 ml (5–7 oz), depending on how strong you like your coffee.

4. First Pour – Bloom

• Slowly pour a small amount of hot water (just enough to wet the coffee, about 30–40 ml).
• Let it bloom for 30 seconds to release gas and prep the grounds.

5. Final Pour

• Slowly pour the rest of the water in a steady, circular motion.
• Pour in small stages if needed—don't overfill.
• Let the water fully drain through the filter (total brew time: about 2–3 minutes).

6. Remove and Discard

• Carefully lift the dripper and discard the whole unit.
• Stir your coffee and enjoy!
